    Our experience of highly regulated environments such as working for the MOD and in fully operational ports, means we are well versed in the complexities of working in the high security setting of national and regional airports.

    Since 2016, when we secured our first framework with Gatwick Airport, we have been building on this experience carrying out civil engineering projects around the airport, such as improving car parking facilities, and within the boundary with projects such as the strategic power resilience upgrade to the control tower.

    This complex and challenging project was a collaborative undertaking from the outset. Combining two projects was inspirational, saving not only money but diverting 22,000m3 from landfill. Some extremely innovative tools and methods were used to demolish the pier, recover material and to achieve the lowest environmental impact on one of the most environmentally designated places in the UK.
