Applying for a job or submitting your CV
When you apply for a job online you will have to provide us with detailed personal information. Our HR team will retain this information for up to 12 months to deal with your application. If you are not selected for the post but would be a suitable candidate, we may contact you again should an alternative vacancy arise. Similarly, if you send us your CV speculatively, we may contact you should a vacancy arise for which you may be suited.

What rights you have over your data
If you have submitted a contact form you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including the data you have provided to us.
