Our vision is ‘to be a company people aspire to work for, where we will always deliver the best experience for our customers’.
But we can only truly understand what it’s like for employees working at Knights Brown and how we can truly be a company people aspire to work for, by asking them directly about their experiences and what they think we should change to get better.
Our latest employee survey gave an opportunity for all employees to share their views about working at Knights Brown.
The findings have now been reviewed and analysed, and a series of priorities set.
Importantly, 88% of our people have told us Knights Brown is a great place to work and 90% believe their manager is supportive.
While it is pleasing to see an improvement overall on the survey results from last year, we will always ask the question, what can we do better?
This year’s actions will help us improve working life further and enable us to target those actions that are particularly important.
This year we focused on increasing the number of responses from our site-based workforce, so we have been able to set some improvement initiatives specifically for them.
