This has been an extraordinary week for all of us. In response we wanted to let you know how we are dealing with the challenges we face from the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. Our first instinct has been to protect our people while continuing operations as normally as possible to serve our customers.

In response to official guidance from the UK Government, we have modified and adapted our working practices. For the time being, a skeleton staff is in place at each of our offices with all other support roles and site personnel whose physical presence is not critical, now working from home.

Our project delivery teams continue their work uninterrupted under enhanced hygiene protocols and preventative measures. This will continue to be the case while it remains safe for them to do so and we will respond to the UK Government’s advice in this regard.

Our communication and technology systems are working well and serving the business successfully. We are holding meetings virtually via Skype or other tools and avoiding non-essential face-to-face meetings. Where these do take place, they do so within guidelines and will continue as long as it is safe to do so.

Looking ahead, we welcome new business enquiries and will continue to bid for future contracts even while our offices may be closed.

While we continue to respond to the evolving situation, we will endeavour to maintain our customer service and project delivery with minimum impact.

These are difficult times for everyone and the immediate future is uncertain. Please be reassured however, that our business is resilient and we are responding to the challenge presented with the support of our teams. To them we are grateful for their agility and proud of their response to this current situation.
