    We are very pleased to confirm that with effect from 31 July 2018, Knights Brown has acquired Raymond Brown Building.

    All new contracts will now be traded in the Knights Brown name and the Raymond Brown Building name and brand will gradually be phased out.

    The Southern Division, incorporating Raymond Brown Building, will continue to be led by Divisional Director, Kevin Valentine, who said:

    “Knights Brown and Raymond Brown Building already enjoy a close working relationship. Our combined civil engineering and building capabilities will provide a seamless and collaborative construction experience for our customers”.
