    Site Administrator - South East Division

    An opportunity for a site administrator has arisen with our South East Division. The role will be based at the Port of Dover and will report to our framework manager.

    This is a fixed term role required immediately; the contract will last for four years.

    Full-time 8am-5pm Monday to Friday.

    Key responsibilities include:

    • Compiling a directory of all site subcontractors
    • Processing and distributing mail and e-mail
    • Maintaining the general organisation and professional appearance of the site office, including signage of first aid / health and safety information and other corporate requirements
    • Administration of delivery records
    • Collating and forwarding of timesheets
    • Typing site meeting minutes
    • Monitoring and management of PODs with site
    • Uploading documentation in compliance with project requirements
    • Arranging passes for visitors
    • Any other administrative duties as they arise

    Whilst guidance will be provided on site, the successful candidate will need to be IT literate, competent in the use of MS Office, particularly Outlook and Excel, with accurate attention to detail. We are looking for a proactive team player, who is willing to help and support the site teams’ activities.
