    Site Administrator

    Our Wales & Energy Division is seeking an enthusiastic, skilled and competent site administrator, with a full driving licence who is willing to travel throughout south Wales and and south west England.

    Specific requirements for this appointment are to:

    • Develop and maintain good working relationships with internal customers and other parties in the best interests of the business.
    • Manage and control all project information using the appropriate software package/intranet system.
    • Support the project teams always ensuring that they are up to date with relevant information.
    • Assist with the internal health and safety audit process.
    • Arrange meetings with internal and external team members, ensuring meeting rooms are available and prepared.
    • Manage the site supply of safety equipment.
    • Produce reports in a timely manner.
    • Order site stationery.
    • Take an active role in setting up, implementing, managing and improving the document management process.
    • Liaise with clients and subcontractors regarding any queries relating to the information received and resolve these in a satisfactory and timely manner.
    • Answer queries from internal and external customers.
    • Typing, photocopying and scanning in accordance with company guidelines.
    • Accurately input and complete site sustainability and smart waste data.
    • Arrange travel and accommodation requirements for site personnel.
