Pre Construction Assistant

We have an opportunity for a talented pre construction assistant to join our Southern Division.

The role involves:

  • Reviewing and completing Expression of Interest (EOI), Pre-Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ) and Invitation to Tender (ITT) documentation for both civil engineering and building opportunities.
  • Liaising with the estimating, planning and operational teams to produce specific, accurate and professional PQQ and ITT responses.
  • Identifying customers’ needs and expectations using PQQ and ITT documentation and other available means such as social media or customer websites.
  • Organising and participating in tender launch meetings and quality workshops.
  • Creating interview presentations in collaboration with the bid team.
  • Submitting PQQ and ITT enquiries via the customer’s preferred communication route and circulating responses to the bid team.
  • Managing the collation of previous bid responses on the company intranet.
  • Gathering information from operational teams to prepare project case studies and CVs.

 

The skills for the role include:

  • Experience of using Microsoft Office
  • Construction industry experience would be an advantage, but it is not essential
  • Excellent communication
  • High attention to detail with excellent editing and proof-reading ability
  • Excellent literacy skills
  • Deadline driven with effective time management skills
  • Thrives in a busy environment
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritise workload

 

This is a permanent, full time position based at our Ringwood office.
