HR Advisor - maternity cover

A vacancy has arisen for an advisor to join the HR team in February 2021, on a fixed term contract to cover maternity leave.

Reporting into the People and Talent Director and based in our Ringwood office, the role will support the business in delivering its people strategy to recruit and retain the best people for our business.

This role will:

• Support the delivery of our people initiatives.
• Ensure HR processes and procedures are up to date and communicated and managed effectively.
• Develop good relationships with our line managers providing advice and guidance.
• Administer benefits and employment documentation and interface with Finance.
• Collate data analytics and prepare reports.

The successful applicant will be CIPD qualified, hands on, able to organise and plan a busy workload, with excellent communication skills.
