Friday 1 September 2017 officially marks the switchover day for Raymond Brown Construction as it rebrands as Knights Brown following completion of the formalities with Companies House.

Raymond Brown Construction Ltd has now been retired and the company registration number and VAT number have been legally transferred to Knights Brown Construction Ltd.

There is no change to the company’s capability, services, management team or structure.

The change of name and the launch of the new brand has meant it’s been a very busy summer but it is hugely rewarding to now see the brand coming to life on sites and vehicles, and through our new website.

Managing Director, Guy Hardacre, said: “I am so proud to see Knights Brown becoming a reality. A lot of work went into choosing the name and designing the identity, which retains close ties to our heritage at the same time as having integrity and energy suitable for the modern and dynamic company that we are today”.

The renaming of Raymond Brown Construction follows the demerger of the Raymond Brown Group of Companies and the sale of Raymond Brown Minerals & Recycling in August 2016.

Knights Brown is a privately owned, full service, regional construction business with additional specialist capability in the energy sector, which is delivered all over the UK and Republic of Ireland.
