    Jaguar Land Rover is the UK’s largest car manufacturer and this new aftercare facility is the biggest of its type outside of Jaguar Land Rover’s global headquarters in Warwickshire.

    It is located on a stand-alone, three-acre plot beside Westover’s Land Rover showroom on Bailey Drive in Christchurch. Formerly MOD land, the area is famous for being where the Bailey Bridge was invented, which was instrumental to achieving victory in World War 2.

    The facility comprises offices, vehicle workshops and a service centre and includes 72 customer parking spaces, 29 service and MOT bays including two dedicated electric vehicle stations, and upgraded car wash and valeting facilities.

    Knights Brown went on to complete the next stage of Westover’s £12m investment, which saw a jointly-branded showroom created on the site of the old Land Rover dealership. This is an 18-car facility that accommodates both brands under one roof, showcasing seven of the newest models in the Jaguar range and 11 from Land Rover.

    The team at Knights Brown has done a fantastic job in creating the largest JLR Aftersales Centre in the UK, working alongside GEMCO Sales & Service who fitted out the facility to the highest standard. With 29 service bays in total, Dorset is now future-proofed for servicing the JLR product.
