It would be easy for us to make assumptions about what it’s like to work at Knights Brown but instead, we ask our people directly what they think and what we could do better.

Our latest employee survey issued last summer gave employees an opportunity to share their views with us. We listened.
The findings were reviewed, analysed and a series of priorities set.
It is great that 88% of our people have told us Knights Brown is a great place to work and 90% believe their manager is supportive.
While it is pleasing to see an improvement overall on the survey results from last year, we will always ask ourselves what can we do better?
This year’s actions will help us improve working life further and enable us to target those actions that are particularly important.
This year because we have focussed on increasing the number of responses from our site-based workforce, we have been able to set some improvement initiatives specifically for them.
